lemon juice

Hung Curd
50 gm (50g)
Cumin Powder

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Take fresh peas, blanch them in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until they turn bright green.
Drain the peas and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
Add hung curd, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice to the peas. Mix well.
