Onion Finely Chopped

Turmeric powder

0.5 cup (100g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (2g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions
Preparation
-Wash, soak black chana in water overnight.
-Pressure cook soaked black chana.
Cooking Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt. Stir well.
Add boiled black chana and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
