Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chilies and salt. Stir well.
Add chopped bhindi and mix well, ensuring the bhindi is coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until the bhindi is tender and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
