Ragi flour
0.5 small cup (50g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Chopped Onion
0.25 small cup (25g)
Chopped Tomato
0.25 small cup (25g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine besan and ragi flour in a 1:1 ratio.
Add cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add finely chopped onion, tomato, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter with a pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Grease it with a few drops of oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom turns golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is cooked and turns golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
