Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions, green chili, and sauté until onions turn translucent.
Add bell peppers and green peas, and cook for a few minutes until they soften slightly.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add besan and water in a separate bowl stir continuously to avoid lumps, form smooth batter.
Add besan batter to the vegetable pan and cook until besan is cooked and the mixture comes together.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
