Instructions
Cooking Steps
Wash, peel and cut one onion and tomato.
In a mixer, grind one onion, tomato into a puree.
In a wok, heat oil and pour the tomato-onion puree and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & cook till all the water evaporates and becomes dry.
Now, add bell pepper and remaining one onion.
Cook till turns soft and tender for 15-20 mins and garnish it with coriander leaves before serving.
Serve hot.
