Preparation
- Wash Gooseberry (Amla), remove seeds and cut in pieces.
- wash and peel beetroot and cut into pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a blender or juicer, combine the beetroot pieces, amla pieces, grated ginger and salt. Add water as needed and blend until the juice reaches your desired consistency.
Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
