Tofu (Pro Plant)
100 gms (100g)
Green Beans (Chopped)
0.5 cup (100g)
Cauliflower
0.5 cup, chopped florets (100g)
Broccoli
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Olive Oil
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Garam Masala
0.5 tsp (1.5g)

0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Instructions
Preparation
-Blanch chopped cauliflower and broccoli for few minutes.
-Cut tofu into cubes.
Cooking Steps
Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, tofu cubes, salt, pepper and garam masala. Mix well.
Lightly spray oil onto the mixture and toss again.
Place the mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Once done, remove from the air fryer.
Serve hot.
