- Wash and chop bathua leaves.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped garlic, and chopped green chili. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add chopped bathua leaves and mix well, ensuring the leaves are coated in the spices.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the bathua leaves are cooked and tender.
