Instructions
Cooking Steps
Wash and cut the fish into small pieces and marinate it with, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan and add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated fish and cook on medium heat until it's cooked through and golden brown. Set aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Once the fish is cooled, add it to the mixing bowl and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
