Preparation
-Wash fish fillets.
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a food processor, pulse the Basa fish fillets until it forms a paste.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fish paste, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin and coriander powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, fresh parsley, and fresh cilantro. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small cutlets.
Dip each cutlet into beaten egg white and then coat it in breadcrumbs.
Place the cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cutlets for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot.
