Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the barnyard millet in water and drain the excess water.
In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil.
Add the washed barnyard millet to the boiling water.
Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the millet is cooked and the water is absorbed.
Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before fluffing it with a fork.
Serve hot.
