Preparation
-Slice banana and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, combine the frozen sliced bananas, plain yogurt and dates paste. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove the container from the freezer and stir the mixture well to break up any ice crystals that may have formed.
Return the container to the freezer and freeze for another 2-3 hours, or until the sorbet is completely frozen.
