Cooking Steps
In a bowl, combine the bajra flour, wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder
Add water to the mixture, little by little, and knead until you get a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles, about 5-6 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the rolled-out dough on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn crisp and golden.
Remove from the pan and let them cool.
Store the khakhras in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
