Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the poha in a strainer under running water until it softens. Drain the excess water and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the rinsed poha to the pan and mix well, ensuring that the poha is coated in the spices.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the poha is heated through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
