Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and chopped lettuce leaves. Mix well.
In a separate pan, toast sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until they turn golden brown. Let them cool down.
Add the toasted seeds to the mixing bowl and mix well.
Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the salad. Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve as light meal.
