Sourdough Bread
4 slices (120g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Pepper, black
1 pinch (0.5g)
Fresh cilantro (chopped)

0.25 cup, sliced (50g)

Instructions
Preparation
Slice the bread if not pre-sliced.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in lemon juice, black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Cooking Steps
Spread the mashed avocado mixture evenly onto two slices of the bread.
Grate cheese generously over the avocado layer.
Place sliced cucumber red onion and tomato on top of the cheese layer for added flavor.
Place the remaining two slices of bread on top to close the sandwich.
Heat a skillet or sandwich press. Spray a little oil on the outside of the bread slices. Toast the sandwich on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Slice the sandwich in half and serve warm.
