Preparation
Prepare the batter by mixing whole wheat flour, rice flour, chopped vegetables, yogurt , salt, and water. Stir well to form a smooth, lump-free batter. The consistency should be thin and pourable, like traditional dosa batter.
Let the batter rest for 30-40 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick or cast-iron griddle (tava) over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the griddle and quickly spread it out in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
Cook the dosa for 2-3 minutes on one side until the edges are golden and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes, if desired.
Remove the dosa from the griddle and serve immediately.
