Egg, poultry, white, raw

Cumin seeds

Instructions
Preparation
Boil the eggs for 7-12 mins.
Peel and scoop out yolk and set aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder. Stir well.
Add cooked arhar dal to the pan. Stir well.
Once the dal tadka ready add the boiled egg halves, Stir gently
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
