Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make greens of Arabic, firstly boil and cut the greens
Step 2: Keep it aside
Step 3: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 4: Add mustard seeds, asafoetida and cook for 10 seconds
Step 5: After 10 seconds, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 6: After 2 to 3 minutes, add onions and cook till they become soft
Step 7: After it becomes soft, add all the spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt
Step 8: Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes
Step 9: Then add boiled arbi to it
Step 10: Mix and reduce the heat
Step 11: Now add curd to it and keep stirring for 1 minute
Step 12: After that cover the pan and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes
Step 13: After that turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
Step 14: Serve Arbi Saag along with Phulka and Bundi Raita for dinner
