Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the amaranth to it. Roast the amaranth for 2-3 minutes until it pops.
Remove the amaranth from the pan and let it cool.
In the same pan, add mixed seeds and roast them for 1-2 minutes until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the pan and let them cool.
In a bowl, mix the roasted amaranth, mixed seeds and salt. Mix well.
Serve it.
