Preparation
Peel and dice the potato.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add cubed potatoes and sauté for 8-10 minutes until they are cooked and slightly browned.
Add finely chopped onions and green chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the tomatoes are fully cooked and the masala is well combined.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
