Preparation
-. In a mixer, grind onion, tomato into a puree.
- Peel, wash and cut aloo into cubes.
Cooking Steps
In a pressure cooker, heat oil and fry ginger-garlic paste for a while and then pour the tomato-onion puree and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & add aloo, green peas & water and cook till 1-2 whistles.
Garnish it with coriander leaves before serving.
Serve hot.
