Aloo Boiled
1 cup, cubed (200g)
Onion Finely Chopped
1 small cup (100g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (2g)
Ginger Paste
1 tsp (5g)
Garlic paste
1 tsp (5g)
Turmeric powder
1 tsp (1.5g)
Cumin seeds
1 tsp (5g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Garam Masala
1 tsp (3g)
Common salt

Olive Oil

Plain Water
1 small cup (100g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add green chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cubed potatoes and mix well.
Add water and mix again. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until the potatoes are soft and tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
