Step 1: To make Aloo Amritsari, first heat the oil in a pressure cooker

Step 2: After heating, add celery and cook for 10 seconds

Step 3: Add onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic after 10 seconds

Step 4: Cook onion until it becomes soft

Step 5: After the onion softens, add tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft

Step 6: After softening, add potatoes

Step 7: After adding, add 1/2 cup of water, salt, mix and close the cooker

Step 8: Cook until 2 cities come and then turn off the gas

Step 9: Opening the pressure automatically, open and add green coriander to it

Step 10: Mix and serve hot
