Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, almond flour, and wheat bran. Mix well.
Add warm water gradually and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin roti using a rolling pin and a little dry flour for dusting.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa and cook for about 30 seconds on each side, or until brown spots start appearing.
Flip the roti and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
Remove the roti from the tawa and serve hot.
