Flaxseed Powder
3.5 tbsp (50g)
Almond flour

Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, flaxseed powder. Mix well.
Slowly add warm water and knead the dough until it comes together and is smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and flatten them into discs.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Place the roti on the pan and cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface.
Flip the roti and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until it is cooked through and has brown spots on both sides.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot.
