Instructions
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut milk, water, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder until well combined.
Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush it with olive oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin circle.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the dosa over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until it is cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining batter, brushing the skillet with olive oil as needed.
