Preparation
- Wash and chop coriander leaves.

Cooking Steps
Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion, grated ginger, and chopped garlic. Saute until onions turn translucent.
Add the soaked almonds, chopped coriander leaves and saute for a minute.
Add 1.5 cups of water, salt, and black pepper powder. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover the pan, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let the soup cool for a few minutes, and then blend it to a smooth consistency using a hand blender.
Strain the soup through a sieve to remove any lumps.
Reheat the soup and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve hot.
