Rice Flour
1 small cup (100g)
Cabbage
0.25 cup, grated (50g)
Carrot
0.25 cup, grated (50g)
Chopped Onion

Chopped Green Chilli

Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated carrot, grated cabbage, grated onion, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
Add water gradually to the mixture and knead until it forms a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Heat a tawa or a flat pan over medium heat.
Take a ball of dough and flatten it between your palms to form a thin circle.
Place the flattened dough on the hot tawa or pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the roti and cook for another 1-2 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Flip the roti and repeat the same process on the other side.
Serve hot.
