The wedding season is coming up and we have ourselves into that designer choli or sherwani, time and again. Aside from having fun and spending time with your family and friends, weddings are an event where binging on sweets and other unhealthy foods becomes almost second nature.
We all wish to dine in moderation, be conscious of what we eat during such occasions and follow a balanced diet, but does one think it is possible with that never-ending buffet spread?

Here are some practical and do-able tips on how to maintain weight which might keep your diet on track without missing all the fun:
- Avoid Skipping Meals
Trying to save lots of calories during the day for the night would undoubtedly be an unwise decision.
